Prenatal yoga focuses on breathing techniques and gentle stretching while helping to reduce stress and anxiety. These classes are designed to make you more flexible and prepare you for labor. Additionally prenatal yoga helps to increase the strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth. Decreases lower back pain, nausea, headaches and shortness of breath.
