Sarah Isaksen
Sarah is the owner, founder, & director of East Eleven Yoga. She has been practicing yoga for 22 years, & teaching yoga for 6. Yoga is a way of life for Sarah, and it is her passion to share this practice with her students. Sarah loves to meet students exactly where they are, and then challenge them to go deeper into the practice. Sarah hopes that your yoga training on the mat prepares and trains you for life off of the mat.

Sarah has completed a number of yoga teacher trainings & has studied with, learned from, and practiced with numerous renowned yoga teachers from all across the globe.

Veronica Baylon-Reed
Veronica has been practicing yoga for 12 years. After testing out several yoga studios, she found a home with Ashtanga/Mysore-style yoga & the East Eleven Yoga community. Veronica’s goal is to share her yoga knowledge, experiences and passion. Her hope is for her students to experience not only the physical but also the mental, meditative benefits that yoga can bring into their lives.

Cameron Holden
Cameron has been practicing yoga for 20 years. She hopes to help students cultivate the balance and steadiness that she finds in her own yoga practice. She is happy to have found a like-minded community in East Eleven Yoga. Cameron appreciates that yoga is a life-long practice that will continue to offer insight and wisdom for as long as you roll out the mat.
